The only proggy metal band whose album I've bought is Neglected Fields 'Mefisto Lettonica'. Bought it on a whim, but it's pretty good. A bit harder than most of those bands in the list so maybe you wouldn't consider them prog - they are kind of avant gardey, Lykathea Aflame-ey...

If Atheist is not on your list, then consider it a crap list. They have just re-released their old albums on CD thankfully, so now everyone can get acquainted or re-acquainted with these unbelievably talented musicians. Enjoy!
