Programmer for grabs!

Hello there,

Im basically a programmer from the UK whos looking for a mod to help out on... I have been programming for years, primarily C++ making small games and progs using win32 API and DX/Open GL stuff. I used to help out mod teams with 3D modelling work and worked on a NWN persistant world server doing alot of the core game scripts, now fancy doing some programming for a mod team on a fun project.

I am ideally looking for a position in a team where i can start off doing some simple stuff for the team then start doing some more exciting stuff as i honestly havent done that much with the Source SDK at the moment, although saying that the net is full of information on it.

I do acctually work as a programmer by trade although im currently working on web based systems (PHP/ASP) and some other older VB systems, which isnt the funnest of stuff...

If you're looking for a more sort of assistant role, we might have something for incursion...


our main programmer is finishing up stuff like the weapons base classes etc.. and would be cool to have someone else implement them... I was gonna do it myself but I'm also currently weighting our character and mapping/modelling so it would be a load off my hands

Yes, i am immediatly after a smaller position such as an assistant thing where i can get to grips with the Source SDK and then maybe move onto more important stuff... Will take a look at your site now.
