i'm just starting to make some halflife 2 characters for the sims2:
-gordon freeman in his suit (based on the astronaut suit with modified textures)
-Alyx Vance(i'll try to make her clothes like in the game)
-Barney in combine suit (based on the astronaut suit with modified textures)
-Eli vance (can't make his fake leg though :/ )
-alyx's dead mother (wont be available, it will be just in the genealogy tree.. just have to make alyx and modify her a little since they look almost the same in the family picture in the game)
-gordon parents (wont be available, it will be just in the genealogy tree, if i can find some informations and/or pictures of them...)
-Dr kleiner (easy)
-G man (easy)
-Dr Breen (easy)
-Dr Mossman (easy too ^^ )
-zombies (maybe, but that probably wont be possible because i'd need to make the guy's face like an headcrab ^^ )
-Combine soldiers (maybe, same as zombie cuz the mask will maybe be hard to do)
sooo after making all the characters i'll make a neighbourhood with sim city 4, that will be City 17, then importe it into sims 2 then i'll make the important places like black mesa east nova prospekt, combine citadel.. ect.. (maybe using halflife2's textures, especially for the citadel's walls witch.. is not.. going to be very.. tall.. lol )
then i'll create the families!
-the Freeman family: with gordon and his parents, i'll make him live from his childhood to his job as a scientist ^^
-the Vance family: with alyx, eli and his wife, alyx will start from her childhood too ^^
-the combine family: with some combine soldiers and dr breen
-the G man family: with the G man (duh!)
-the Mossman family: with dr mossman (re-duh!)
-the scientists family: with dr kleiner and some scientists (thoses scientists will die though ^^ )
-the Calhoun family: with barney (and maybe the fat barney there was in blue shift, but i would need to make a security guard texture for this one..)
-the zombie family: with a lot of zombies
there would also be some community lots were you could see people talking to zombie sims (i'll make them hate everyone
, and the combine soldiers too )
sooo why am i posting that here?
because i need some informations and i dont know where to find them.
i need to know who are gordon parents and how they look like and if there's some website where i can find more informations about gordon and his life before the incident at black mesa, i need the same informations for every character i talked about (if possible of course, i'm not expecting to know the G man's childhood or who are the combine soldier parent's)
well if you know any website with TONS of historical and genealogical informations about halflife2 post then here plz.
then i'll keep this thread updated as i make the characters and stuff
