Unfortunately, this effects the PlayStation 3 version as well, since they are aiming at both versions of the game being identical.

So does this mean if the game did get ported for the PC, it won't have the DX10 bells-and-whistles

Well, the PC version will at least support incredible resolutions, texture filtering, and anti-aliasing options. At least, San Andreas PC does.

Who knows about the rest though?
