Rancid and Bad Religion are old, but still good for that sort of thing.
I've been on a Flogging Molly kick, and they're technically Irish Fold Punk, which is a genre they just made up.

I'd say The Offspring is (or was) a part of the modern punk scene. They're definitly one of my guilty pleasures and I'll take them over the likes of Good Charlotte any day.
