Yah, after playing ingame and using the deadcam it's apparently that cloaking fades, disguising smokes.

The thing is, when I light someone on fire, they never seem to die. Seriously, they can burn for 30 seconds and still be alive. How do you kill them properly?

Smack them with the shotgun after burning them for a bit. You need to get their health low enough so they can't make it to a healthpack in time.


Of course, there's nothing worse than being on fire and rushing to a place where there should be a medpack....only to find a it's not there because a Heavy decided he needed to regain 15 points of health.
