I downloaded quark, its suppossed 2 b better thn hammer but i opened it set it 2 hl2 but ass soon it gt 2 anythin needing this file called tier0.ddl its just closes =(

Quark is an alternative. I don't really like it, and because it's not exceedingly popular for Valve's games, documentation with reference to them is rather slim.

its gt some pretty features with it and id like 2 give it a try but it just dosent want 2 work. Ive gone on mirc but the guys arent replying.

I can download Quark and try to write a rudimentary how-to this afternoon if you can't find anything.

i found the dll ive like pasted in in so many folders etc. and its still saying it

Pray GTKRadiant can somehow be made to work with HL2. Although the latest version I tried of it was lame, the earlier versions are great.

I've gotten far too used to working with Hammer that I don't know if I could use Radiant anymore.
