Question about Blood Effects

man they do that for medical use and study, it's Mcgill university, it has the most prestigious med school in canada. although i'm not in pre-med, but my friend won't lie to me, cuz he's the most honest guy i know. He told me the first course the teacher show them by dissecting an old man's body which is already done in the last week. In their lab they will be doing the dissection alone. One student will dissect one dead body.

Of course they do dissections. What do you think happens in medical school anatomy class? My girlfriend spent two months doing dissections in med school.
