Questions: hand disappear & how to fly?

Greetings

I love the settings / maps in CS (and HL2)... I'd love to get some proper screen shots of the scenes... Maybe place some characters that could be talking?

* Is there any way to make the hand of the character one is playing disappear? Would help in screeshots.

* Is there a way to select different characters, like, to play a hostage? What about female characters? Are there any of those in there? How EXACTLY would one load a character that isn't included in CS?

* Is there a way for one's character to FLY? To get screenshots from different angles? - I read somewhere that the hosts of the server can fly around (invisible) while others are playing. How does one that?

Lots of questions... Wondering if anyone knows some answers.

well, in CS:S you can sorta fly, just join the spectator team (press M ingame if you have allready chosen a diff team) try that out and that should answer alot of your questions, as for HL2 i have no idea.
