Quick legal question.

Hey guys, my friend asked me if I would be able to take a summer high school math coarse for him to get a better grade then he had got, its a 10 day one cus he passed with a 51. I really dont think ill do it....but If I do go and impersonate him and get caught what could happen? I'm just curious of any laws about this kind of thing. Im in Canada, Ontario if that helps any. Thanks alot, and yeah its a pretty random question but it kinda made me curious for an answer lol.

how much is 10 days of your time worth? I cant see why anyone would want to do this unless there were some sort of money involved ..I think $1000 for 10 days + good grade isnt unreasonable ..you're a fool if you do it for significantly less

anyways you're still a minor so there wont be much a penalty ...perhaps suspension of expelling, doubt the school would press c.even then all you're doing is misrepresenting, not fraud

1. I was held back at a very young age because I diddnt want to do work in class. 2. I'm staying an extra year at high school to pick up extra credits for my College coarse.. so yes he wants ME to do it for him and yes im 19 and in highschool for legitimate reasons. savvy?

As for specific penalties, I doubt many people here on this forum could answer this question for you. But in general, jail time is absolutely out of the question and so are fines. At worse you'll likely get either suspended or expelled. But I think a lot of this depends on your relationship with the school administration as well as any prior history you have in that school.
