F there's no G ..if you get a 0/100 on a test it's F for fail(ure) ..you can get a F- but you'd have to really fail to get a -5/100

singapore has the highest per capita execution rate in the world ..simply owning a key to a shed could get you executed ..so it's not a stretch to suggest failing a course could get you time with the hangman/firing squad/headchopping guy :E

There is no "set" grade where you start getting an F. There are a lot of schools who have their own grading system for that.

Singapore also has one of the best security and lowest crime rates in the world, and drugs do bring the death penalty in most SE Asian countries.
But the fact his, capital punishment here is known to be pretty much shrouded in silence, I've heard of stories where family members were informed after the hangings were carried out. Yes, were not perfect, but we have CP for drug trafficking and murder only, and those cases where people were found with arms (guns), they could possibly be executed but I haven't heard of such a case.

It's annoying to read in the papers how opposition leaders are getting arrested for scams, and how they are arrested for talking badly about the President, or PM or any PAP leader for that matter.
