heya guys, it's been a while. aniways, heres some pics of the stuff i've been working on. first off, its 2 renders of the frag i just finished. then theres a few pics of the scene i've been working on, experimenting with materials and stuff. i still think the frag looks like it should go on a christmas tree

post some flats or some wireframes, they look nice, but they look more like "good renders" than good models.
wee bit too shiny and smoothe to tell at this point.

however the detail you put into the nade is impressive.

Mr. Rednundant : ive posted the MP5 before, i was just showing you the new render i made. ill post a wire of the frag when i have time.

iv'e also done a baseball bat, and a metal pipe, althought thats still under debate as to the shape it should be

The grenade looks very nice, but I would suggest using a geosphere for the body.

Can you see the difference between the two?

The one on the left is a 360 polygon sphere. The one on the right is a 200 polygon geosphere.

good plan, but it makes it hard to make the rest of body, whereas you can just extrude the end of thenormal one, thanks for telling me tho i think i will use that.

could extrude the end like you did at first, then just delete that type of sphere and replace it with the other kind
