Why is disabling the 3d skybox considered a cheat and only able to be used with sv_cheats 1. For low performance machines such as mine disabling the 3d skybox can gain 5-10fps. Thats a big difference when at the worst of times I only get 30fps on low settings.

I'm obviously talking about MP usage rather than SP.

theres so so many comands that are classed as "cheats" with css etc.
Ii always use the "stopsound" console comand in cs its a habbit rly, and i prefer no noices except gunfire etc, but now i cant cut out the gay rain noice in css because valve says that stopsound is a cheat, but on cs it is not...

would be nice if they sorted the commands for the real cheats from the tweeks for performance etc in the next update.
