radeon 9800

hi, im very interested in buying the radeon 9800 pro 128mb. but i want to make sure that it will work and perform on my pc.
my processor is only a pentium 4 1.6 ghz with a Intel Corporation D845WN mother board ( apperently :s ) with 512 mb ram.
help would greatly be appreciated

That should be alright although you'd get more out of the 9800 if you had a faster CPU, 2.0 GHz and above preferably. Also make sure you have an adequate power supply, 300w being the bare minimum.
