For about 3 weeks now EB here (Australia) has been advertising the X800 pro and the 9600 XT (although, interestingly enough, not the 9800 of any flavour) to be bundled with D3.
Almost tempted, but I can pick up an X800 through other sources and buy Doom3 for less than the EB package price.
