I searched on google, and read through tons of reviews but none of them say what comes with the x800 XT, err whats in the box.
Does it come with the free HL2 coupon like the Radeon 9800XT, and does it have alot of the nice free software and games that comes in the box like the Radeon 9800XT.. Depending on whats in the box determines wether I buy a x800 XT or a Radeon 9800XT.

How about double the pipeline architecture...theres a reason alone to buy the x800 xt.

Im not sure what models will ship with the HL2 voucher.
I would guess the XT would though, I just havn't heard that specificly anounced.

The other games or goodies that come with the card will be different for each brand that makes the ATI cards.

Reviewers have not said what the XT comes with yet probably because it is not available just yet.

Because of a coupon determines which card you get??? HL2 costs $60 :stare: Not expensive, when you are shelling out $500 for one or the other....Obviously thing to do is buy the one with more performance, X800XT of course.....Just amazing what a little coupon determines what kind of card you get....... :stare:

Here is the bundle for Sapphire's "Toxic" graphic card line (includes X800XT). It includes Prince of Persia:Sands of Time and Splinter Cell Pandora Tommorow.

No other manufacturer has announced anything yet.

I'm not just talking about the coupon, I am talking about that and software included.. I could go out and buy a 9800 Pro and be happy playing HL2 on max settings with a playable framerate. Can you blame me for wanting some software and a game or two when buying a pretty damn expensive video card?

I don't blame you. Software and games bungle is what I look for in a new video card often.

Both come with catalyst software cd's.....go ahead and get your 9800 pro then.

Just out of curiosity, because I'm planning on buying a x800 XT as well, which company would be the best to buy it from? Asus? Sapphire? ATI themselves? Who?

Asus and HIS are the best imo

i hope in a few months i can buy a X800 XT, no money left when i bought my new thermaltake case

I bought the normal ATI version from best buy, backordered, but should be sent this week to me.....X800 Pro btw..

I prefer ASUS over anybody else, good reputation, and quality products.

It will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer on what they decide to put into the package.

I'm getting an x800 XT... unfortunatly All-In-Wonder wont be doing an x800 line...

Oh well... i might go with ASUS... but when in doubt go withthe big guys themselves
