Raise your hand if you can't stop listening to the ending song.

Dear ChrisL,

I have edited your post because it contained an Episode 2 spoiler, violating Decree 5016(a). While this might be considered a spoiler thread, this is the Portal forum, and one would not therefore necessarily expect to find spoilers for other games.

Y'fool!

Learned thesong, now playing it on the piano.

EDIT:

Chords are basically:
Verse:
D, Dsus4, D, Dsus4, G, A, D
D, Dsus4, D, Dsus4, G, A

It's on repeat. But nothing beats Cantina song from Star Wars Ep.4, that song is dangerous...

I've had this song on repeat for DAYS. I even burned it onto a cd so I could listen at work :D

i find myself humming it to myself while sitting in class. i feel like such a loser

it randomly appears in my head several times a day

It is a cool song.

"Now these points of data make a beautiful line and we're out of beta, we're releasing on time"

You people are astonishingly obsessive.

"We're out of beta, we're releasing on time..."

I'm sorry, did you say something?

is this being sung by the woman who provided the voice for GLaDOS?

It's playing in my head non-stop, funny because I'm not freaking on the game.

Yes... because it is sung by GLaDOS...

had to ask, if she couldn't sing, it would make sense that they would find someone with a similar ability. The song sounds much more less robotic than the normal voice, thats why i ask. Yet i suppose a robot singing would sound pretty dissonant

Fair enough. She sings opera (it's in the commentary) so while it's a bit different from her norm she can still sing.

Yeah, one of the devs says something like:
"We had to find someone capable of doing a mechanical voice, but also had a good singing voice..."

Then she says:
"I normally sing like <operatic singing here>, but for this one I had to sing in a small, passive-aggressive voice like <singing, as in the song> 'Aperture Science'."

Love the song, set it as ring tone in my phone.

im going to try and record an electric guitar version

**Raises hand**

I haven ever had a song stuck in my head for so long...

My favourite line is

Aperture science, we do what we must because we can. For the good of all of us....Except the ones who are dead.

That makes me laugh every time..heheh
