If you look at the logo they are trying to stick to a Red, White and Blue theme (go America!) so they made the background White with a Blue Congress and Red Fists, if they are calling the government socialist wouldn't a Red Congress with Blue Fists be more appropriate? I guess that conflicts with Red = Republican = Good.
