Hey,
I really want to buy the raising the bar book! But the problem is i don't know where to buy it.
I must add that i live in germany and hopefully some germans in this forum know where to order the book for a reasonable price...

Amazon.de lists raising the bar as a pocketbook with 160 pages while Amazon.com says its hardcover with 288 pages...??

I hope someone is able to help me!

im not sure a pocket book exist, but i got the 288 hard cover one at GameStop.

I got mine from Game in the UK for bargain price (£15 I think). Have you tried Ebay?

Other than that I'm outta ideas. I'd say that Amazon have just got it listed incorrectly, I don't believe they released 2 versions.

if ur not big on purchasing over the net, go to the local bookstore (preferrably one of those big chain stores) and place an order on it there.

Thats the spirt. :afro:

I think you will be able to find raising the bar on ebay, if your struggling (just for the notch of ontopicness)

you can get it at best buy, three copies last time I was there (next to half-life 2 on the game shelf).

ah.

barnes and noble has it, I don't know if that's in germany but it has a website.

Hey all,

Sorry to ressurect such an old thread but, on the off-chance that anyone might be interested, I have a copy of Raising The Bar that's just gone up on eBay. It's been kept in absolutely pristine, shop-standard condition and as you'll probably know if you're reading this, the book can't be found in the UK anymore, apart from second-hand. I'm selling it because Gabe very kindly gave me a signed copy during a recent visit to Valve, so I have no use for the unsigned, original anymore. If you're interested, do a search for "Raising The Bar" on eBay.

Cheers.
