Sounds like a cross between Universal Soldier, The Hunted and Predator.
I would have preferred the Drug Cartel/Human Trafficker's plot like he originally intended to do.

yes i also liked part 4. it was quite a good ending (for a rambo movie). but i've heard rambo is in for another 2 rounds.

and yeah it would be really cool if rambo was the prey this time around.
