Hahaha! You just made me choke on my instant noodles (I don't call them ramen).

Ramen is Japanese style noodles. I'm eating Korean style right now.

I only eat them if I have nothing else to eat. I once got really sick once on the border of Kazhakstan and China, because I used contaminated water on my noodles.

Couldn't look at them for months afterwards. But now, here I am, eating them again.

I think that it actually can. If you eat something with a high percentage of sodium for a prolonged period of time it usually will give you small canker sores.
BTW I usually eat the noodles once a month, but even though they are quite good I can never finish a whole pack, maybe they are just really filling...

I love ramen noodles, they're like 6 pesos here. Outstanding on rainy days. And eating them dry reminds me of deep fried cornbits with seasoning on them. Another great Chinese noodle is with chives and meatballs wrap with wanton wrapper served hot of course. Ullalah.
