Also, the mango juice was good, if a bit too sugary. The almonds were delicious, and the banana was slightly bruised.

It's not really a food but I am presently drinking a smoothie for breakfast. It's orange, pineapple, mango. raspberry and blueberry. I mixed two smoothies together. I'd give it 9/10. I just hope it keeps me going till lunch time!

Something that looks like this. It's an Indian Food called chaat, it's basically a potato cutlet fry, dipped in curd mixed with spices and condiments, garnished with fresh vegetables, mint and sweet sauce and a light squeeze of the lemon.

Original flavour Walkers SunBites - 10/10. They're whole-grain crisps and I love them. I just wish there was a few more in the packet. I also think they'd be nice on a tuna sandwich, but I can't make a tuna sandwich right now for a few reasons:
1) I don't think we have the right sort of tuna
2) I'm not really hungry now
3) It's too late to make a sandwich now and I really should be getting to bed.
I just can't ignore my craving though! It's going to be driving me mad all the time i'm awake!!!

Nacho's were fine, the pepper bits that turned my mouth into a furnace weren't. I ate them anyway because on a subconcious level I think I like the sensation.

I haven't sat down for a proper meal for days now....I'll let you know how it is when I get to it.

I walked down the street to this Mediterranean place. I ordered a gyro meat platter but forgot that this normally comes with stuffed grape leaves (dolmas) instead of hummus. Nobody I know likes these grape leaves, and nobody that they know likes them, and there's a darn good reason -- they're disgusting.

My first experience with dolmas was a year ago when I ordered this platter, and I never ordered it again until I screwed up today. Before you accuse me of just being picky, I really did come into this with an open mind. I thought, "Grape leaves? That's interesting. Looks like they're stuffed with something. Cool." I just saw online that they're stuffed with rice or lentils or something. Whatever. It does not matter what they're stuffed with, since I couldn't even taste the filling... over the ickiness of the grape leaves.

The overall experience goes something like: (1) eww, it's cold; (2) wtf, it's kinda sour; (3) I'm eating soppy preserved sour leaves; (4) and now it's dripping a puddle of green leaf juice; (5) why am I eating this.....

Luckily, they come with sour cream or yogurt which you can use to try to mask the taste of the leaves.



But anyways,

Gyro meat + rice + pita - 5/10 - kind of dry, could not make an unbiased judgment when I kept seeing that puddle of green juice running into the yogurt on the side of my plate
Dolmas - disgusting/10

If you happen to like dolmas, I am sorry. I like plenty of foods that other people seem to consider disgusting (grits, cream corn). I'm sure there are lots of people out there who like dolmas. They are just not for me. Bleh.

^That looks gross, and I love grits. They are just frakking granules that absorb water, not unlike rice. There is nothing to not like about it.
