Just updated the styling of my desktop... I like it, tell me what you think!

Thanks, im using the Royale visual style (using a hacked UXtheme.dll so no other software is required (styleXP/winblinds/etc)) and the desktop I photoshopped

Winamp skin is the black version of their default skin... I think it all suits each other. My MSN messenger windows are all black/graphite too, looks sweet.

you have that stupid arrow thing for the system tray.. dump that
no one needs a sidebar in their explorer windows.. dump that
explorer should always use list view... always

you use outlook... that's dumb.. use thunderbird... probably 10x more secure

you use a recycling bin... inefficient... you should use shift-delete.

tip... you can get rid of shortcut arrows (use it for the My Computer icon on your desktop)

you can also play with the application colours in desktop properties so that it fits your theme.

other than those points.. excellent theme. (windows blinds?)

Arrow onthe system tray - to hide the messy long line of useless icons that I don't want to look at. (ati control/nvidia nforce soundstorm/virusshield/m$antispyware/network/logitech-control/etc)

sidebar in windows ... fair point but sometimes the links on there are useful for navigating to places quicker.

explorer use list view? puts a huge monitor to waste, lol

outlook dumb? its not used for attatchments (they are all restricted)

I do use shift+del unless its stuff that I'm not sure about, and may want back again.

And it's not windows blinds or anything, I don't like any of that software. It's just a windows theme that I applied manually by installing a hacked UXtheme.dll file.

1st of all, Windowblinds rocks!! I use it for years and I think it's quite better than manually hacking the theme(Neowin?). It has a lot of useful stuff for us n00bs who can't make our own skins like changing backgrounds/fonts/toolbars/animations without actually editing the skin at all. I also recommend ObjectDock for anyone wishing for a Mac lookalike (but with all the games running)

Other than that, I don't like so much black (colour) and your wallpaper. So I gave it a 6...
