looks like two possibilities... hmmm like the other guy said kinda dark.. but are u at the part where u shut off the power to the electric fence. OR are u at the part where father gregory is in the opposite building shooting zombies for you. If so .. u will see a ledge wit two poison head crabs.. father either shoots thru the window at a zombie or ubreak it.
If its the part with the electrical fence... their should be a switch by the ledge of the window. toggle it and head back to the fence.

If I remember correctly, you are to walk out the window, shoot the two poison headcrabs on the legde across. Then, shoot the barrels to take out the zombies below, and jump down.
