No it's not the first, he did that in the e3 2003 too. I was suprised too about it being longer, and it's really nice.

It's near the end, he picks up a barrel and throws it at a zombie. if you didn't watch the BINK, it's a longer version of Ravenholm, with about a minute and a half more content than at E3.
