If I was the reincarnation of such a powerful god like Vishnu is, I certainly wouldn't be letting anybody cut off my ****ing extra arms.

I've noticed a cruel fact of life.

The more horribly disfigured or the more bizarre your condition, the more likely teams of specialists will get together to attempt to fix you for no charge.

While so many other people are suffering from equal or more debilitating conditions sometimes and they can't get the operations they need or the medical care that would save them because they cannot afford it.
 
heh, the first thing I thought of was Homer Simpson and his 'spider pig' routine. I hope things go well for her though.

It's just because the doctors want to add some grade A awesome to their resumes. I mean come on, who gets to say they operated on the reincarnation of Vishnu :P?
 
Maybe she is in a way a reincarnation of a god .. as in she explains how the 4 armed god could exist in the first place?
