LOL!

How bout' it?
I haven't put a whole lot of thought into it I just came up with the Idea in the shower a few minutes ago. I always loved the game, the sounds, the graphics, the halarious white trash gameplay. Beer as your health, but if you drink to much your gut can fail and you puke. I can see how source could make a cool drunk effect, by just usuing a material overlay of some kind. I don't know much about modding so I'm just throwing it out there.

I'm sure with copyright laws it couldn't be done. But I think it would be a fun idea.

Actually, depends on how you do it. So long as it's 100% nonprofit and you give respect to the trademark, it might pass. My word isn't golden. Which company produced it?

OMG, this game was so nice. I have the original. I would help to map if this is going real.

Actually - no, they won't. Companies will lose rights to defend their IP if they allow other people to use it without permission, which means any other company could snap up the name without any sort of court problems. And companies don't like losing the rights to brands.

If you want to make a mod based on someone else's IP, ask them. It'll save time and effort, because if they say "yes", you're free to do so without Lawyering. If they say "no", then it saves you getting Lawyered several months down the line.

I'd love this, RR was a cool game when it came out all those years ago. Go for it.
