The only thing I've ever eaten or drunken that gave me a highly noticeable amount of energy was peanut butter. If I have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich I feel all hot and overcharged with energy. I almost think I might be slightly allergic to it - if there is such a thing. But nothing else but energy comes from it, so I just assume its something else - plus, I'm not allergic to anything that I know of.

Uhh, things that makes you more energetic actually SLOW your reflex time. And something that slowed you down, like marijuanna, ups your reaction time. It has to do with the rate at which your brain recieves impulses from something or other, I heard it on the radio.
