Obviously if it has not been leaked by now it won't be. There is no proof. No valid screenshots. As C44 said end of dicussion I reckon...

As the man says.. If I'd seen a series of new screenies, showing something not in the E3 vids, like ooh, scanners or something I'd believe it.

One of the first signs the D3 alpha leak was real was multiple screenies showing new stuff or stuff from very different angles. Nothing like that has come from this supposed leak. Thankfully.
