Replacing Models

I would like to replace the citizens models in Half-Life 2. I would like to change them to these models http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=88822 (The Security Guards) . They look really cool so I have tried it and they do not show up, any help?:flame:

I think so it, but turns invisible though when i do it.
