Well, the quality of the Scarface game was surprisingly good ... despite the complete raping of the originals story. This game has another concept that kinda defeats what made the movie special in the first place (showing you everything that happened), but not quite as bad as the false sequel idea from Scarface.

The gameplay, however, doesn't sound anywhere near as good. They are doing a few original things like the hostage system and apparently making it possible to go the entire game without killing anyone ... but I dunno, it just doesn't sound very polished. I'm guessing it will be a decent to mediocre game, maybe worth a rental.

So far with game based adaptations of classics we're 1 for 2.

scarface on pc looks absoutely horrid ..perhaps it looks better on consoles but imo it looks worse than gta3

Blitz actually contains numerous developers from the old Codemasters, who created Operation: Flashpoint among others. Though I think the Blitz team had left by then.
