Reset on startup

my computer seems to randomly reset on startup, but this only happens occasionaly, most of the time the computer starts up just fine. When it does restart however i am able to log in to windows and the desktop comes up and everything appears to be working fine, but then instead of loading the programs that appear in my icon tray in the lower right corner the computer just restarts. This restart has never happened twice in a row, if it happens it only happens once and then it works fine, but does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it?

I need more details on how to do this please. And how do i stop those errors from happening, aren't they bad?
