I don't remember, I just remember reading that they were involved in some way.

Idunno... even with Capcom's involvement, have they ever really been that great with artistic or cinematic direction? I can't remember any memorable cut-scenes or plot lines from any of their games, atleast what I've played.

But atleast there's a good chance it'll be faithful to the original games this way. Which means hopefully it won't be the crapfest that is the current series of Res Evil movies... so that's something.
