Resident Evil: Extinction trailer!

Looks about on par with the rest of the movies...I'll see it...wonder wtf was up with the burning sky at the end, though...

Sure it's not anything like the games, and I've always watched these as a separate zombie movie series. They're just using the Resident Evil name to get more people to watch it :p

It looks like it's trying to be a lame day of the dead rip off.

Wait I get the idea that zombies rule the world and mankind is facing extinction but what are the heroes going to do about it? they can't just come up with a cure to heal zombies. Or maybe they'll butcher the series more and say that they can -.-
 
I have never played a RE game fully so I would'nt know about how much it's different. It's just good zombie fun. The first one was meh, the second was a little bit better, this one looks pretty good. It's the type of movie in which you don't care because it has zombies lol. Iron Man though looks like it's a metal Godzilla.

Still have yet to watch a Resident Evil movie. Watched 30 seconds of the second one (don't know whats it called), it was shit on a stick.

Did you even watch the damn trailer? What you're referring to is but the first incarnation of the Iron Man suit, which was a big, bulky, weapon-wielding tank.

And no, this movie looks like total pap. The past two movies were shit on their own (LOL ZOMBIE-CRUSHING MOTORCYCLES BREAKING THROUGH CHURCH WINDOWS) and this looks no better. And for shit's sake, if you're going to put "Resident Evil" in the title, it would probably help if the movies actually had something to do with the games other than zombies and random character names thrown in for the hell of it. No karate, katana-chopping, cig-smoking bullshit you asses.
 
Looks nice, but it's probably going to end up like the second movie, pretty bad. Shame I liked the first a lot.
 
I cant actually contemplate how shite that really did look. The first was crap, the second was catastrophically crap, looks like they are going for the encore.

You're not understanding me... The first suit you saw is only in a part of the movie. If you watched the whole trailer, you'd know he eventually switches to the more modern incarnation.

Again, you would know this if you actually watched the whole trailer.

Yeah I know what you're saying. It just seems like an Incredible Hulk movie with rocket jets for feet and a Swiss Army knife for hands. Other than that though there are explosions everywhere. :upstare:

Any person that gleamed even the slightest bit of enjoyment out of Resident Evil:Apocalypse should be taken out back and Old Yeller'd for the sake of the human gene pool.

Iron man was created in 1963 so Robocop doesn't have shit on Iron Man's 44 years, and I don't understand how its been done before. You really have no idea what the hell you're talking about >_>


Ahem, This is going to suck like the first two. I doubt I'll give this a chance. I'll probably end up renting it when it comes out on dvd >_>
 
Just compare RE to Doom and it makes RE seem great :p
