Resolution issues

I just opened Steam and it updated. When I loaded CSS my resolution was set to 640x400 so i tried to set it back to my native resolution 1280x1024 however the max I can set it to is 1024x768 for some reason. I haven't changed any settings or updated any drivers besides Steam updating. Is anyone else having this problem?

Try verifying the integrity of your game cache files (in steam right click on css -> properties -> local files)
