Retail ==> Steam upgrade??

So, if I buy standard retail edition, will I be able to upgrade to steam silver for a small fee? ($10 or so?) Anybody know?

Or will I have to buy HL:S, DoD:S seperately?

as far as I know, the Vivendi/Valve contract does not allow that as in, if you want official discs, you gotta buy it retail :|

In order asked:- No, not at present. Nobody really knows. I suggest you get a Steam account and ask via Steam Support. They do answer questions there.

You cannot buy HL:S, DoD:S separetely at present. Best bet if you don't want (or cannot) buy Steam Silver package is as follows...

As neither of these games exist yet, buy the normal retail package, register it with Steam and hopefully, one day, you'll be able to get HL:S, DoD:S separetely. OK?
