Review our movies?

Hey all, I'm sure most of you dont know me but I've been lurking around the forums for a while. Mostly for the off-topic, I find some weird stuff on here :smoking:

Anyways, long story short, my friends and I have a film studio called Friggin Tiggar Productions. We've been making movies for a couple of years. And while we acknowledge the fact that we're just a bunch of stupid teenagers having fun, some people have really fallen in love with our stuff.

We just had a new movie called Last Place of Arrival, which is a parody of the Final Destination movies, in which Death actively punishes a group of friends for cheating him by NOT eat a poisoned chocolate bar.

Basically I'd like to know what the esteemed members of this forum think about the movie. Please be brutally honest, its the only way we'll get better.

LOL, i just watched all 15 mins of that (i am SERIOSLY bored) and i have to say (having seen final destination) that that is a really funny spin off. I wouldnt say that it was filmed well, as the music felt out of place and the camera handeling was dodgy- plus some of the effects were rather crap (but i must admit the car bit was well done).

But criticism over, i can safely post what i liked about it. The way they died were so funny, like the way the guy took ALL his clothes off for a bear (LMAO @ that) and the guy at the end... "you get the biggest flowers... because you are a jew and youre gonna go to hell... plus im gay..." lmao!!!

overall i would say the film was a good laugh, but i wouldnt watch it more than once. i think that for further productions you should put loads of effort into the story (im not saying this one was bad, some of it was ****ing funny) because you could make some really good peices of work if you put twists in them and dodgy plot lines, and kept all the humour

id say thats very good work generally :thumbs: very funny

Thanks so much for the comments. I agree that more effort needs to be put into our story department. This movie started basically because we were bored, and it slowly melded together into what it is (i.e., the fork scene was shot 6 months ago).

But I will definitely take that to heart as I'm going to be writing a script (shocking!) for an upcoming superhero movie soon.

Only a couple.

1) There really was a lack of story in Last Place of Arrival.
2) Don't make the camera auto-adjust its brightness/contrast levels
3) Put the credits AFTER the last scene, I almost stopped watching it when the credits came on

I can't think of much else ATM. Otherwise, very good job!
