Before any of you get excited, this is a disclaimer:
This isn't the official controller! This is purely speculation, based around some fact. And also something for us Nintendo fanboys to drool over and the "opposition" to be envious of.
At E3, there was a huge kerfuffle over Nintendo not revealing enough information about their new console, and how they would seriously fall behind if the system wasn't revolutionary enough to be worthy of staying under wraps.
Well, if what I am about to show you is in fact the new controller, then Nintendo may well have won the console war this time before it has even started.
Now, before we rush into anything, watch this: http://www.demo.com/demo2/demonstrators/video/novint.asx
Looks pretty nice, doesn't it? Pretty Revolutionary too.
In the video, they mention the fact they are working with a major gaming company. It's not Sony, they already have their Batarang, and it's not Microsoft, they already have the XBox controller with a deformed growth. Who does that leave as a major gaming company? Nintendo.
This whole thing would also fit in incredibly well with what Nintndo mentioned at their conference.
1) The slogan: Touching is good, FEELING is better. This technology would allow you to feel objects.
2) Nintendo state it's a virtual console.
3) Nintendo are aiming for a mass market - This would be something that even non-gamers would want to try out.
4) The Revolution allows you to play all of Nintendo's back catalogue. This technology could model any controller ever and allow you to feel it.... in theory.
5) What did Nintendo want? Simple yet satisfying to hardcore gamers. What would this deliver? A simple yet satisfying controller.
6) You can't deny that it's Revolutionary.
7) It still uses a TV which is what Nintendo confirmed.
8) They said it's not a touch screen controller. This falls into that category.
And, possibly one of the most tenuous links, but a line that has been pondered over many a time by Nintendo junkies.
A few other links:
On the NoVint website, there are a fair few nods towards the computer gaming industry that have been appearing in the past few weeks.
Also, on the site they say: "Through continued innovation and invention in the field of 3D touch, our objective is to fundamentally REVOLUTIONIZE the way people interact with their computers."
Anyway, that is all the information I can gather after some thorough research. I'll leave it up to you whether you believe it or not becuase I imagine some of you are sick and tired of Nintendo fuelled interenet rumours.
And finally, here are some links and a picture for those too lazy to download the video:

The day after he said this, would be the day that NoVint set up their booth at E3. Perhaps it's a strange coincidence.Reggie at the Nintendo Conference said:Tomorrow, be prepared to use your right brain.
