Proof that some riddles are impossible to answer or have the answer: Nothing. Although the answer of nothing makes sense in this riddle's case. And for that matter it is very clever.

And if it lives only on Earth, then we'll just assume it's not an alien and doesn't require it being in the middle of the sun to be killed. And if it can only be killed, it must be living. There are even fewer things it could be if a human dies instantly due to touching it. If it only moves twice a year, it's most likely inanimate and not living, therefor the riddle contradicts itself.
