hi, i have a very odd situation.
i can right click on files on my desktop and such, but wen im in in my documents browsing through my files and i decide to right click it crashes the window it is in.
ive scanned the computer for virus's using norton 2004 with the latest definitions and found nothing. i scan my computer for spyware about once every 2 days with lavasoft ad-aware and spybot, all of them up to date. i find spyware and delete it often but it still does not effect my problem. has anyone got any ideas of wot it could be?

sounds like something repairing/reinstalling windows might fix.

wot does repairing windows do? will it affect any of my files/programmes already installed?

"Verisign Certificate Expiration Causes Multiple Problems"

"Some applications affected include older Internet Explorer browsers, Java, and Norton Antivirus (which may manifest itself as Microsoft Word being very slow to start)."

Maybe that?

Yea if you've been doing a spyware and virus check and you're still getting the problem, then try a repair.

Though before you do that, try logging onto your windows with another login name, it may just be a weird program running under just one of the user names.

alrite thanks ill try it all, except for urs sir_retard, i didnt quite understand wot u were saying :s
