roated model error

i have a strange error. i have compiled my model, female 07, and it looks normal in the model view when the sequence is set to the first one. ragdoll pose or something. but when i click on a different animation it is rotated about -90 degrees. i dont understand this as im not compiling any animations. just the model.
 
When you decompile the model, the rotations on all the animated smds gets fudged. You can either manually import them all them then rotate them to the proper position or put some line in the qc file to tell it to rotate them (i'm not sure on the syntax)
 
argh this be annoying. thing is i didnt decompile the animations just the reference model. it uses liek female_shared and all that. shall i post my qc file?

ROTATE -90
