This was my favorite map from TFC, favorite. Has anybody updated it for TF2? Does any server run it?

Nuclear was the other AWESOME map. But I doubt anybody is going to remake that as it's so freaking huge, and 32 people almost wasn't enough.

This was my absolute favorite map in any online game.

I really hope we get an official remake for this one. If there was one question i could ask valve right now it would be if they were planning on releasing this little gem.

Having the flag and the cap point in your own base was mind boggling. I thought it offered the most interesting games in TFC.

Oh, the gas chamber map?

It was fun, not my favourite though. I didn't think the courtyard layouts and a few other things were that well done, but the gas and suit thing was great.

It seems like a lot of people are making it, but nobody is done yet, and all their versions look different

I want the exact same map layout with TF2 graphics. Almost like they did with 2fort.

But the layout wasn't that great. The idea was, but the map itself was pretty below-standard imo.

What didn't you like about the layout, I had no problems with it.

There was multiple routes into the base, including some that weren't planned on (like concing onto the sniper deck), multiple routes through the base to and from the key and to and from the gas chamber, the map was large enough to where you actually could hide, and it was big enough to where you wouldn't get bored.

I disliked the courtyards and thought the inter-base midfield was poor. The internal corridors were also unnecessarily convoluted in places.

It was the perfect map for a spy back then, when you couldnt cloak. I liked how big it was.

The courtyard could really do with some tweaking but I would like to see them bring back the detpack for just this level so we can have the ability to blue a 3rd entrance into the base.

awesome, yea, that's a pretty good version except for the HDR is a bit much.

I found a server running it but people were being stupid, there was like 24 people on the sever and my team consisted of 5 engie's, 3 snipers, and 2 medics...with basically me and another guy on offense. The other team was equally as defensive and people were like "this is boring, let's change the map."

no duh it's gonna be boring when 90% of the people are on the defense.
