theres sites for alot of stuff associated with that. look it up on google. but i dont think you can talk about this kind of stuff here. its illegal to.

It's not illegal, if you own the game, which I do. I mean, who doesn't own Super Mario Bros. 3!?!?!?!? If you don't, you should be *murdered*, IMO. I searched google, but it's pretty hard to find.

mate there are lots of ROM sites out there, just keep googling stuff like 'ROM emulators' etc...
