Ron Paul is my hero

Just watch Aron Russo's 'America Freedom to Facisim' , that also features Ron Paul.

I watched that video and it got me convinced that I shouldn't pay income taxes, but when I looked it up more I came across US CODE: Title 26

So I'm not sure. But I couldn't find anything that described how to punish people who didn't pay taxes but I did find in
TITLE 26 > Subtitle F > CHAPTER 66 > Subchapter A > ? 6501

In case of a willful attempt in any manner to defeat or evade tax imposed by this title (other than tax imposed by subtitle A or B), the tax may be assessed, or a proceeding in court for the collection of such tax may be begun without assessment, at any time.

subtitle A and b describe income taxes and Estate/gift taxes but they are left out of this clause. I couldn't find anything dealing with subtitle A or B.

All I know is that I am very confused
