The fact that GSC Game World has free reign over the story is not all that comforting as the story of the games leave much to be desired, to say the least.

It's also clearly not very high budgeted, which means they most likely won't manage to get the mutants right. The idea behind it, however, is fantastic imo. It's really unfortunate that they'll (probably) not be able to properly execute it.

Also, sound effects from the game. WOOOOO.

I'd watch this because it looks heavy on the action and most shows these days shy away from that. Also its something different too.
