If you could only choose ONE!!!! which would you choose?

I figured this would be a good poll since the kind of similar, in that theyre both rpg's (but other than that nothing is the same, so this poll sucks, but w/e vote anyway)

If I could only choose one, (this would really suck btw)

god I dunno I can't choose one they both look really good to me, but I think I llike the dues ex style that vtmb has so I'll pick it.

I'm leaning towards Vampire right now.

As wonderful as STALKER is, they may be TOO ambitious for the project and might seriously impede it with gameplay glitches.

Id pick STALKER but I also like the vampire theme in Masquerade Bloodlines, its very hard to choose, both will probably be good games and will be picking up both.

I think he may have been referring to the endless arguments that crop up about which game will be better and why. They do get a bit old at times. But I agree with you, a poll like this is more interesting.

I take that back, i now pick Vampire: The Masquerade bloodlines, didnt notice the two new vids they got, and after watching them it looks sweet hehe.

Vampire: because, based on what we've seen, it will have lots of dialogue well written and offering many different paths (and the characters look interesting). Stalker has shown no dialogue and their characters don't look that great. Besides that, Vampire has neat looking spells and abilities and (based on the videos) more interesting things to do.

I didn't even know STALKER was an RPG...I thought it was only a FPS. I didn't see any stats on any screens :rolling:

EDIT: Ah, now after reading the website I get it. No leveling up, just getting money and buying new weapons...neato.

Well fact that you have an inventory, and talk to other stalkers and people, and can join Clans and such.

STALKER looks like ****ing ass. I've have yet to hear or see anything to prove to me why, exactly, that game will be nothing more than an utter failure.

I pick stalker simply because i personally think if stalker plays like they want it to play it will be the best game for a good few years. Even better than HL2.

STALKER is still very iffy to me.
The gameplay video's make it look like a Chernobyl version of Far Cry.
And the A.I looks dumber then Far Cry as well
Graphics are good though.

But Vampire 2 just looks way cooler and more fun then STALKER
There looks like there's gonna be loads more NPC interaction. The A.I looks impressive
And there's magic AND weapons. Not to mention its in L.A.
Some of the spell's look pretty cool, and the graphics look good.

The problem is that 98.9% people play the game for graphics, go to some crappy forum like gamefaqs and you'll find this statement true. Therefore, people just voted stalker becuase it looks good.

No, I voted stalker because it promises the most advanced FPS elements in any RPG to date. I love the whole freedom of movement aspect. Add guns and physics to the mix and it becomes so appealing to me.
