Heh, it isn't really a matter of 'could be'. English is primarily comprised of Scandanavian, Germanic and Latin based (middle French mostly) languages.

Swedens prisons are ****ed up..its like summer camps or motels. Own rooms, own TV...they dont even suffer ffs. Rapists and pedophiles go to private prisons so they wont be abused. Thats sick no one even fears to go to prison here. And you cant be punished for escpaping.

And the imigration system is even worse. Our politicans look on everyone with blue eyes. I wouldt even be surprised if Saddam came here.(Mona Salin is teh id10t!!)

hmm, in England they teach barely any languages and our educated system sucks. i've done about 3 years of french, and about 2 years of German and i still suck at both!

but i can still swear a bit in Swedish i would like to learn Swedish the most becuase you just dominate the internet

Well, maybe...But criminals are still humans, and should be treated as such. And the TV gives them entertainment and news updates. I see no problem with that
And having your own room and privacy is something everyone has the right too.

Prisoners are treated well eh? Can't say the same for the U.S. Most murderers are sent to the slammer for life, or executed. Prisons are not enjoyable at all here. Our prisoners are confined to a small cell, nothing but cement walls and steel bars, with a bed in one corner and a toilet/sink in the other.
There's absolutely nothing to do in them besides read books that you get from prison libraries (if they even have one). You're treated like an animal in the U.S. for crimes. On a more local level, our jails usually are higher quality, and have TVs in most cells (or atleast the one in my town does).
