Seems pretty slick so far, there's still a few interface actions that firefox has that I prefer. Like being able to mouse 3 click a link in the bookmarks menu, and it will open that link in a new tab. But here's a quick run down of tests:

Safari 4
Acid3:
100/100; Successfully passed all 6 steps.

SunSpider Javascript Test:
Total: 1,254.4ms +/- 1.8% (Lower is better)

Firefox 3.0.6
Acid3:
71/100; Partially completed all 6 steps.

SunSpider Javascript Test:
Total: 3,383.0ms +/- 2.1% (Lower is better)

IE 7.0.6
Acid3:
13/100; Cluster ****ed, basically fails everything.

SunSpider Javascript Test:
Total: 27,267.6ms +/- 4.6% (Lower is better)

*Tested on 64-bit Vista, Core 2 Duo 6400, 2GB ram

My Dad got it and he was really impressed. To me it looks cool. I will still be sticking with FireFox as I do love the plugins.
Safari > IE7

Unless it supports adblock on Windows, no thanks. Same reason I never switched to chrome.

I just downloaded it and it is very nice. I really loved how the "Top Sites" grid in Chrome where you can see the site and click to go to it. It feels very "chrome-esque." All in all I really like it. The only thing I really don't fancy are the tabs at the top.

I have been using Safari to pay bills (exclusively and no other browsing for any reasons) last couple of years, I sue FF for normal browsing, and IE for downloading from websites that aren't compatible with S and FF.
I love two of my browsers and they just do their job accordingly, I'm forced to use one because some website (Not too many) are still kissing up to MS.
But what I'm afraid of is that, when a browser like S adds too many gadgets, they start to attract and therefore become popular; also attracting spoilers and exploiters.
Remember, besides MS's lack of decent support, the other important reasons why Windows suffers with attacks is because everyone uses it.
I don't want everyone to use FF and S. So, Mozilla and Apple should only attract people like me; people who wish to make transactions on-line without being in the state of paranoia.

PS. I love Safari's new look.

Safari 4 is nice but I think im going to still use FF, I love the addon system.

It actually scored 100/100 on the acid3 test? That's pretty good news, and pretty darn impressive. Still sticking with Firefox due to adblock and my feelings toward Apple hardware/software, though.
