Same On You Valve

Okay, so, the game looks AMAZING, runs beautifully on my computer...but, IT'D BE NICE IF I COULD GET INTO STEAM TO PLAY IT!!! I think it is safe to say this is the MOST anticipated game EVER, you'd think Valve would have the ability to keep Steam up and running and able to handle the load of people wanting to sign on to play the game. Good move Valve! *leaves to go get Vampire*

How do you know it runs beautifully on your comp if you cant get into steam to play it?

Amazingly, last night (this morning, technically) at about 12:05am, I was able to log into Steam and play HL2 without even a bit of lag. I was shocked, comparing this experience to that of downloading CS:S.

This morning when I went to play HL2 it took Steam a good minute to start up, but I had no problems getting in and it's really turning out to be an awesome way to release games and patches.
