Here is my problem. Usually when I go to a site and want to save a picture
from there on my computer, I "right click" then click "Save picture as" then the window pops up and I save the picture etc..

Now, when I "right click" and click "Save picture as". I get a pop message
saying "Access Denied" and I have two options, press "OK" or "Help", but the help button doesn't work. What's going on?

What web browser are you using? Do you have a default save location? Maybe try changing that.

Install any new programs or make any changes since it has started doing this?

Or maybe its protected by the webmaster?

Try doing it with other pictures on other sites and see if same thing happens.

How could it be protected? It's already downloaded on his PC if he is viewing it.

If he is viewing it, the image is downloaded as EI temp file, and cannot be downloaded as a user file.
Some pictures are protected, therefore cannot be saved into PC as a user file, but they're viewable. These cases usually apply to graphic images, masterpieces and pornographic images. Images that aren't allowed to be copied by their respective rightful owners.

There are ways to get around them, but I don't have the liberty to discuss (Conflict of my profession).

I am using Internet Explorer and I just realized I can't install any programs and I can't save any videos either. And just a few days ago I had to do a partial system wipe. Which is probably very stupid of me for not saying anything about it earlier.

I hate that. the best way you can do this is to hit your print screen button ( usually found at the top right of your keyboard ) this takes a picture of your whole screen and saves it to the clipboard, you can now paste it into any image editing program. I use photoshop, but if you dont want to do anything special to it and just want to crop out the picture, paint will work just fine.
